Presenting InGame Intel
Sportsbook Industry Data, Tables And Charts Made Easily Accessible
Revenue Data Source
This database is powered in partnership with Alfonso Straffon, a longtime sports wagering industry observer and former equities analyst for Deutsche Bank focusing on gambling and leisure companies. (You can follow Straffon on X here, on LinkedIn here, and access his personal site here.)
Straffon’s privately kept database represents the amalgamation of thousands of public filings via relevant state agencies in U.S. jurisdictions where legal sports wagering is authorized.
Release dates vary for the latest sports betting handle, revenue, and taxation figures by each agency, likewise the raw data and format varies from state to state. InGame Intel reflects the standardization of key information wherever possible, and through Straffon’s and the InGame.com staff’s efforts, remains as current and up-to-date as possible.

Response Types
We have pre-programmed and will rotate several straightforward questions and answers. These are also examples of the types of questions you can ask InGame Intel.
Create tables
Whether for usage in reporting, internal memos, statistical summaries, or whatever purpose you may have, you can use InGame Intel to easily create tables to illustrate the subset of information you are focusing on.
For example, prompt InGame Intel with “Show me a table comparing mobile vs retail handle for the top 5 states by handle in Feb 2023” and it will generate the following table:

From there, you can download the table, share it, or access HTML code to embed the table where desired.
Generate charts
Like the tables, whether for usage in reporting, social media, internal memos, statistical manuals, or whatever purpose you may have, you can use InGame Intel to easily create charts to illustrate the subset of information you are focusing on.
For example, if you prompt the bot with “show a dual-line chart comparing New York vs. New Jersey monthly revenue growth since 2022,” it will create the following table:

From there, you can download the table, share it, and display it where desired.
We will routinely update the database with the most recent data as it is released by the relevant state agencies.
